Founder & CEO
In early 2003, Rob Gelsinger was a Systems Engineer and Support Manager for IBM Global Services in Tampa, Florida, and well on his way to building a career with IBM. Rob graduated from the University of Florida in 1995, and began his career with the industry leader for IT services, IBM, in November of 1998, where he achieved multiple certifications including the MCSE and various security certifications. Outside of work, Rob was married and father to a growing family. It was during this time that Rob conceived of the idea for Secure Network Services, Inc. (SNS). In August of 2003, SNS became a reality and began providing customers throughout Central Florida and the surrounding area with IT services and support.
In his time at IBM, Rob had learned best practices to provide world-class service and support of enterprise corporations through a combination of technology and automation to achieve client goals. When he started SNS, Rob mirrored those same best practices at the small and medium-sized business level he had used to provide IBM’s clients with the same world-class experience. Over the past 18 years, Rob and the SNS team have worked to help clients not only improve their IT experience, but also improve their overall business technology strategies and performance, helping clients turn their IT into a money-making asset as opposed to a liability. In 2014, SNS began expanding its reach outside of the Central Florida area and now provides remote services to a variety of customers throughout the continental U.S.
On a personal note, Rob and his wife Sharon are now the parents of four children, two girls and two boys, and are active members of the Central Florida community where they live. Rob’s approach to SNS is that “It’s all about relationships. We consider it an honor to be our client’s trusted advisor, and we will do everything in our power to ensure we live up to that trust.” Since its inception in 2003, Secure Network Services, Inc. has become one of the premier IT Managed Service Providers in Central Florida.
Richard Sierra is an Information Technology Supervisor for Secure Network Services, Inc (SNS). He graduated from the University of South Florida in 2012 and began his career with SNS in 2014. As an Information Technology Supervisor, Richard Sierra is responsible for the management and overall performance of the support team and pulls resources together to expedite projects.
Richard moved from Miami to Central Florida in 2008 together with his wife Jessica with the goal of completing a Bachelors degree and starting a family. Richard majored in Applied Science, a highly specialized professional technical degree. Four years later, Richard graduated USF and began seeking out an IT company he could grow with.
Securing his place at SNS was a life changing event. Richard learned from his Father how a small business was managed and quickly found out that his new employer was driven by many of the same principles and ethics.
Richard currently resides in Central Florida with his wife Jessica and two beautiful daughters Victoria and Bianca and is an avid gamer and loves to play guitar.
Level 2 Engineer
After attending school in Mumbai, India, Yogesh began his IT career with INTAP Technologies where he supported PERI India from 2018 until September 2021. In October 2021, Yogesh began working for US-based ConnectWise Managed Solutions as a Level 2 NOC Engineer and subsequently began working with Secure Network Services, Inc. through the ConnectWise Dedicated Tech program. Yogesh supports a variety of clients on a variety of platforms and has quickly become an invaluable member of the SNS team.
On the IT side, Yogesh likes troubleshooting IT issues, working on complex projects, carrying them through to implementation, as well as testing and deployment of new technology. In his personal life, Yogesh enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
Level 3 Engineer
After attending school in Mumbai, India, Aves began his IT career with HP in India in 2012. In January of 2017, Aves began working for US-based Continuum Managed Solutions as a Level 2 NOC engineer, where he was introduced to Rob Gelsinger of Secure Network Services through Continuum’s Dedicated Tech program.
Over the course of time, Aves has picked up several certifications, including his CCNA and CySA+ certifications. He is also trained as an MCSA. Aves loves working on projects, implementation, testing & deployment of new technology, and has become an integral part of SNS.
Aves currently lives in Mumbai, India and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. He is married with two very young children.
Level 2 Field Technician
Luke Tefoe is a Level 2 Field Technician for Secure Network Services, Inc (SNS). Luke is an avid learner and enjoys implementing his studies into his problem-solving skills.
Luke enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2016, where he served in the 1st Battalion 3rd Marines until 2020 as a Network Administrator. In 2020, Luke started studying at the University of South Florida, working towards his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science with a focus on Information Security. He is expected to graduate in December of 2023.
Luke started at SNS in August of 2022 and, since then, has received his Security+ and AWS-CCP certifications. He enjoys tackling the unique issues that are presented to him throughout the workday. Luke currently lives in Central Florida with his wife, Lauren and twin daughters, Luna and Leah. He loves to read and spend time outdoors.
Level 2 Field Technician
Taurin is a recent graduate of Southeastern University (SEU). He completed an accelerated bachelor’s degree where he majored in Social Work and Criminal Justice while working as a customer service representative for Publix Supermarkets. Taurin developed an interest in IT while working on computers for his family members around the state of Florida. During his senior year at SEU, Taurin joined SNS part-time and quickly developed into a solid technician.
Taurin enjoys working with clients and teammates on projects, helping clients leverage technology to the fullest, and developing his technical skills. Taurin currently resides in Central Florida and enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, drawing, hiking, running, reading, and listening to many different types of music.
Client Relationship Specialist
At a young age, Alondra took on the role of caregiver for her younger siblings. Even with all of the obstacles that this presented, she was able to focus on her personal and professional development and thrive everywhere she landed. She started as a Service Advisor with Honda in 2016 and has spent the past 7 years establishing and developing relationships with clients, and consistently demonstrating her commitment to the client experience.
Alondra is originally from Wisconsin and relocated to the Sunshine State in 2021 to establish roots and continue to pursue her dreams and goals. She joined SNS in September of 2023 as a Client Relationship Specialist and will work to enhance the experience of every SNS client. Alondra is an avid reader and enjoys walking, doing yoga, and spending time with her partner and her dog in her personal time.
